I am a Nigerian writer/director/producer/editor born and raised in Houston, Texas and currently based in Dallas. I have seven years of experience in film and content production. Also, really love sports!

The term "Jack of All Trades" often raises eyebrows, with concerns about efficiency and specialization. However, I believe that experience across various roles in production enhances my expertise in each area. For instance, a producer's insight into resource management can shape the feasibility of a script. An editor's perspective can streamline directing on set by envisioning the final cut. This cross-disciplinary knowledge ultimately strengthens the entire creative process.

I stand on the polar opposites of the production scale. Corporate ad work is supported by heavy budgets while my personal and client work leans on slender resources. Operating in both worlds gives me insight into being more precise and rigid on larger projects while pushing boundaries on smaller initiatives.

I founded Oba Productions and have utilized the agency to create in-house films and commercials for various brands and clients. I wanted to create films and projects that felt like the art I grew up on but with people who looked like me for once.

I made the jump into corporate production as a producer at Meta’s in-house creative agency, Creative X. During my time, I led multiple production processes for campaigns under the Meta brand and Instagram from the initial concept to final delivery. I had the pleasure of developing the program for the first official junior program of Creative X called NeXt Up.
